Beni The Builder Limited is a family run general building company. Beni the Builder Limited’s aim is to deliver quality building services to our client’s timescale and on budget for all jobs. We will be committed to each project from start to finish and available to assist with further queries after the job is finished.

We will work closely with the client and, if required, can assist in the design and planning of each project or we can simply work with the plans you provide to us. If you have a specific budget we can advise whether your goals are realistic and help you get the best quality and value we can within this budget.

Beni the Builder Limited can provide a wide range of building services including; extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, ground works, foundations, drainage, steel fixing, brickwork, roofing, plumbing work, electrical work, plastering and boarding, tiling, flooring, painting and decorating along with kitchen fitting and bathroom fitting.

Beni the Builder Limited makes every effort to work safely on all of its construction sites and is committed to providing, as far as is reasonably possible, a site that is safe, without risk to the health and welfare of its employees, subcontractors and where appropriate members of associated companies and the general public. We hold public liability insurance in case of unavoidable occurrences.

Our Services

Loft Conversions

We can alter rooflines to incorporate extra rooms within your existing loft space. We will install steels and build dormers to your architect’s plans as well as installing new staircases to reach the new loft rooms. We can fully finish the rooms for you or leave it as a shell for you to complete as you require.

Extensions

We can build any kind of extension to your property as per your architect’s plans, from digging the foundations to installing the roofing, either flat or pitched. We can leave it in shell format for you to finish to your own taste, or we can fully finish it to your requirements.

Garage Conversions

This is another option to provide your house with extra space, but without the need to build anything. We can board out and insulate your existing garage, replace the garage door with a window and will match the bricks as best we can to your original house. As with other services, we can either leave it as a blank canvass for you to finish or we can fully finish it to your requirements.

House Renovations

We can take on your projects to fully renovate your property. If you have purchased a property which needs updating, we can fully renovate it, including altering the internal layout, moving staircases, stripping everything back to brick and starting again to your planned layout and final finish.

House Refurbishments

We can carry out all your refurbishment works, including painting and decorating, fitting new kitchens, fitting new bathrooms, fitting new flooring including wood, laminate, tiles, vinyl or carpets.

Office/Commercial Property Refurbishments

We also carry out repairs and refurbishments to commercial properties, and can carry out all the same services as for domestic properties.
