This was a refurbishment project with some extension work involved, including a loft conversion with rear dormer and external works to the garden. The client gained planning permission to extend their newly purchased property to make a great family home.
The internal layout was changed to provide a large kitchen/dining/living area to the rear of the ground floor including a separate utility area. We also added a loft conversion to create a master suite including an ensuite bathroom to the top floor.
The garden was cleared and turfed with a hard landscaped area with walls created from sleepers and spotlights inserted in the ground.
