This was a project for a client. They had purchased a very run down house which was partly converted into flats. They applied for planning permission to make it into 3 flats and this was approved.
We stripped the property back to brick and followed the plans to convert the property as the client required and handed it back to them as a fully completed project right up to the final finishes.We had to carry out damp proofing to the lower floors and added a loft conversion to the upper floor.
