This was a project for a client. They had purchased a very run down house. They applied for planning permission to make it into 3 flats and this was approved. We stripped the property back to brick and followed the plans to convert the property as the client required and handed it back to them as a fully completed project right up to the final finishes.
The project included constructing a rear dormer loft conversion to form the top floor flat.
Here are some photos before, during and after the project. The client was very happy with the outcome.
